He has a degree in Electronic Engeneering from Uruguay University and he has got a Telecommunications specialization in Vigo Spain. Working in the television industry for more than 15 years he has participated in many conferences and seminars in Uruguay and others countries. He conducted DVB-T trials in Uruguay in 2002 and DVB-T launching in Asunción Paraguay in 2005 and in Montevideo Uruguay in 2006. As Technical Manager he is in charge of the technical resources of
Multicanal Uruguay since 1994. With more than 20 years dedicated to teaching, now he is professor of Television Systems at Catholic University in Montevideo, where he has also completed his MBA studies.
